The target clientele of the VivoBook series is Gen Z, hence the focus on features that allow them to express their diversity and uniqueness. Key design features include full-plastic, single-metal and premium three-metal versions, an unconventional color-blocked Enter key, and ten-color options for self-expression. To align with the habits of young consumers, the VivoBook is thin and has modern, simple lines. VivoBook reflects a lifestyle that is a part of Gen Z culture. After conducting thorough market research, Asus designed VivoBook to be more portable, more compact, and to have a simple yet sophisticated finish.
