This 16-square-meter space, cut into a multi-sided bevel, is designed to guide people’s vision along its interlacing axis. The slanting design of the front door lets the passengers see the visual wall clearly. It also averts glass reflection, preventing eye contact between customers inside and pedestrians outside. The bar is designed as a triangle to correspond to the axes of the front door. The shelves behind the bar are arranged along a gradient, the metal table is composed of two folded triangles, and the numbers on the wall are made from punched-plate steel. This space within a space conveys the spirit of meticulous craftsmanship.
