This is a telescopic massage shaft that is easy to carry.
It has two states. It can be used for muscle massage when stretched, and it is convenient for storage and carrying when contracted.

Our massage shaft is different from the existing ones in that it can be retracted.
When stretched, it can reach the length of the normal massage shaft;
