Gray Land / Residential Space

The white blank walls symbolize a return to natural life. The traces of life’s journey are embedded into different corners in the house, and the flowing settings of the interior are assembled by touches of daily life.
The designer uses the floating stairs attached to walls and geometric shapes between the stairs to create flowy shadows to reduce visual weight of the volume and deliver a floating concept. The staircase reaches out to the media cabinet, where natural rocks and rust-effect slim tiles are used to enhance the image of overlapping spaces and visual tension, as the presence of an artwork.
