SK telecom is Korea’s leading Information and Communications Technology(ICT) conglomerate corporation.
It's the first day of work for new employees: on their desk is an onboarding kit, along with heartfelt welcome messages on behalf of the company, 6 must-haves in the office, and a manual. The kit resembles a parcel delivery. It sports colors, shapes, and lines that signify SK telecom’s base industries—Mobile Network Operator(MNO) and ICT. The main messages are of collaboration and growth. Not only does this onboarding kit ease the new employees into the company, it stimulates and accompanies them to put their best foot forward.
