Vulcano 3D / Fountain

The original design was made of stainless steel (laser cutting, machining and welding) composed by three pieces that were later welded. The new design is produced with 3D printing using polyamide 12 as a material and HP Multi Jet Fusion as technology. The new design consolidates the three pieces with a single one increasing its hydraulic performance thanks to the advantage of the freedom of design that gives the additive manufacturing. In addition to eliminating assembly, this design has decrease manufacturing costs and time. This design has a sustainable and ecological character cause 3D printing process advantages.
