S1K500 iFSW System / robotic technology

S1K500 iFSW System is the industry's first welding robot that perfectly combines hydraulic broach(using liquid pressure to broach cutlery), water cooling function (cooling the spindle motor during welding), air cooling function(using air for natural cooling, increasing the area in contact with air to dissipate heat) in one. It adopts an integrated manipulator to automatically control the electric spindle, which makes the spindle more stable. The robot can rotate 370°, and it can operate at any angle, improving work efficiency.
