At this time, they lose their self-help ability and have to wait for rescue. The underwater rescue network is launched by UAV at the target position. After sinking into the bottom of the water, the underwater rescue network quickly inflates and floats to the surface of the water to wait for further rescue. Through the design of the rescue network, the underwater rescue can be more efficient and provide opportunities for more lives.
