They were shaped by the frequent use of superprinting in the 1990s. They become mediators of air pollution, and to address this problem, the project installs machines with coded behavior. These devices know how to lurk on a high-hanging steel frame, unfurling their bodies to absorb as much air as possible. When night falls and the neon signs glow, they stop and wait. They then wrap these colorful sources of information and heat, "guzzling" carbon dioxide and delivering it to the plants that cover their surfaces.
