During the COVID-19, medical resources are scarce, and placing patients is an urgent problem to be solved. Therefore, I designed a negative pressure isolation unit, combined with "negative pressure isolation cabin", "wheelchair" and "bed". It can be converted in various forms to achieve a closed source of infection and effectively isolate infectious patients from outside. The unit design refers to the existing stretcher structure, proposes a new type of stretcher design, and improves the user experience of the patient during the conversion process, ensuring safety and comfort. The unit can be sterilized autonomously after use for the next use
