COVID-19 has a significant effect on children learning behaviors. Children spend more time staying and studying at home, and more time on digital devices. On the other hand, children may show less interests on physical books, and experience less face-to-face connections with their friends, teachers, and parents.
ARead increases the fun experience of reading, learning, and playing by applying AR technology, bridging the gaps between physical books and the virtual world. In the meantime, children can make friends through ARead, sharing their own process of reading or playing to others.
