Vehicle extrication is a skill that needs to be practiced in order to ensure a successful outcome. It is a discipline that requires a lot of task coordination between first responders.

Flir Motion serves as a training tool helping first responders beginners to train together and be more prepared for real life situations, but it also allows advanced rescuers to keep their up to date training.

The concept is composed by wearable sensors that can track the spine movement in real time providing detailed data of the ongoing task. Its feedback system can alert first responders when a poor extrication maneuver is detected.
