GUIDE / Chopping board

GUIDE
GUIDE

This is a cutting board that helps the visually impaired to cook under the same conditions as a non-blind person. This allows them to cook safely on their own without the help of others. The groove on the cutting board guides the knife towards the ingredients. When you do another action that does not require a knife for a while, it holds the knife in place. They don't have to grope their hands with this to find a knife. It ensures that sliced ingredients do not go out of the pan. It also prevents their hands from rising over a hot fire.
