Merimna / Forest fire extinguishing

Merimna
Merimna

The climate change leads to a drastic increase of the risk of forest fires. Fighting those is a massive risk for the health of the operational forces and can therefore not be executed efficiently. Merimna is an innovative concept for remote controlled forest fire extinguishing: fire trucks are distributed decentralized in high risk areas and can counteract fire sources immediately, steered from an ergonomic and completely safe office. This way the operational forces can focus on their work without the fear of health damages which leads to a way higher efficiency in fighting forest fires. The trucks can also be used to prevent fires regularly.
