Mobile addiction intervention

Cell phone addiction is not just an individual behavior problem today, but has become a serious social problem. And I would like to intervene in this problem through the principles of behavioral cognitive therapy. User are regulated to use the mobile phone in coffee break, instead of pick up it at any time. The context is office environment and I want to reform cell phone using habit by behaviour connecting and adapting.
