Willow catkins flying is a serious problem in China in the spring and it has passive effects on citizens` life . Therefore, we design a device that can be attached to streetlights to absorb the catkins of trees on the streets when the wind rises. The inspiration comes from jellyfish predation, combined with flexible material, wind energy, electrostatic adsorption and other techniques, trying to return an easy-breathing environment to people and create a new urban landscape.
