"Float" is a kind of urban infrastructure used in cities with frequent rainstorms and waterlogging. On the one hand, it is connected with the sewer to improve the drainage efficiency. On the other hand, it is connected with street lamps to form a floating network to prevent the rainstorm from washing away the residents. This has largely protected the safety of residents in flood prone areas.
