Sleep problems are so common in children that 69 percent of children under the age of 10 suffer from sleep problems, according to a survey by the Sleep Institute. In particular, infants over three years old have more nightmares as their imagination develops. Play therapy for nightmares 1.Drawing dreams 2. Focused on the stage of dealing with dreams. I thought about how children can achieve psychological stability through the act of eradicating nightmares while drawing nightmares, and designed a product combined with a humidifier that regulates humidity and lighting, which are important elements of the sleeping environment.
