Ding Toaster / Sustainable Toaster

Ding Toaster

Ding toaster has two toaster baskets with handle attached and a separated timer, the body size is only half of traditional toaster. It has simple shape and symmetric parts, which metal parts could be made by simple bending and stamping process, and plastic parts were made by injection.

To make toaster more sustainable by saving more heat while using, Ding Toaster has the side opening to keep more thermal convection inside the toaster. Moreover, it only has one heating unit and two metal shades, metal shades will be heat up fast by the heating unit and then toast the toast more evenly.
