Ping An Bank Air Counter is a pioneering creation in the industry. With the brand-new financial self-service mode, it provides convenient online services for customers while improving the brand image of Ping An Bank. It has three key features: self-service, online service, and creative scenarios support. Combining an app, a remote platform, and an offline intelligent terminal, customers can use this self-service anytime, anywhere. The online service provides full life-cycle account services (open, use, cancel). Air Counter also supports creative retail finance scenarios such as personalized cards, characteristic services, etc.
