Electrostatic Spraying / Manufacturing technique

Electrostatic Spraying

Processing a large amount of jeans will cause serious environmental pollution. The old process of jeans will use a lot of chemicals and water to bleach the jeans. The amount of water consumed by a pair of jeans is about five years of drinking water for an adult, and it leads to water waste and serious water pollution. This product uses electrostatic spraying technology, which will make jeans and dyes have static electricity respectively. Then , the dye with negative electrodes is pierced into the fabric with positive electrodes, thereby greatly reducing the wasted water during washing and solving the problem of water pollution.
