The concept of service design has already subtly changed the transportation field in the city. Nowadays, more emphasis is placed on people-centred concepts such as TOD (transit-oriented development), Maas (Mobility as a service) and so on. This project is a public transport transfer service design based on the Maas concept. This system uses multiple transportation methods such as subway, bus, shared bicycle and shared car and integrates payment methods to improve the contact point in the entire service process, trying to connect people, cities and transportation in a systematic way.
