In daily living, our perception of things can be blurry especially for people who suffer from stress. Stress can block creativity, motivation and self actualization and cause people a lower level of well-being. In addition, this level of stress that harms people’s performance in life is different for each individual. In my project, however, I wanted to use technology to help these people to recognize what is stress to them and create themselves more space from media overload and uncomfortable thoughts, in order to heal or simply feel better.
