Neon-tal / Crystal character


Aiming at the problem of plastic pollution in the advertising industry, this design proposes the production method of crystal growth based on the porous material structure of 3D printing biodegradable materials.
Compared with traditional luminescent characters, the crystal characters produced by biodegradable PLA material 3D printing with porous structure skeleton and crystal growth with aluminum potassium sulfate dodecahydrate material are 100 times faster in natural degradation. Natural degradation is about 10 times faster, has better visual effects, and is cost-competitive than glowing characters made from pure biodegradable materials.
