Records received by email are automatically saved in the app for various uses, such as ensuring continuous treatment at a new hospital or pet nurturing with advice from our online veterinarian. Dr.Tail designed UI/UX components to be as straightforward as possible to break the perception of medical records being hard to use. Particularly, user flow is optimized as our design system clearly indicates functions step by step. Also, function depth is three at maximum to ensure simple usability. Furthermore, we help pet owners save costs in nurturing to reduce abandonment of pets.
