Longfor Goyoo Apartment in Gucun, Shanghai / Residential complex

The design intention is to build long-term rental apartments based on the living patterns and habits of young occupants, hence creating a harmonious social atmosphere. The designers arranged a drop-off area, typical of hotel design, at the entrance and created a 24-by-100-meter super-scaled inner themed courtyard, which functions as a recreational public space. The circulation with an active living atmosphere enables young and middle-aged occupants to live in a harmonious community.
