The red one poster shows a disastrous cycle of food crisis. Some people cause a war on purpose in order to make profits from starving people, and they sell food to the troop to make big money. On the other hand, war rises the price of the food. This makes the poor without money unable to purchase food so their fatal hunger would increase the chance of their will to join the troop.
The other one shows that hunger is able to inherit to the next generation again and again, unless we end up hunger.
