PhilipsWhile customers undoubtedly have different needs, catering for these needs on multiple platforms has not provided customers with the premium experience that reflects the Philips brand. The goal with ‘OneSite’ was to create a single, seamless user experience to accommodate both researching as well as purchasing Philips products on one end-to-end marketing and ecommerce platform. By focusing on the key customer journeys, we were able to remove both obstacles as well as redundancies in the user flow to conversion.
