DOT-MATRIX WALKING STICK / Stick

DOT-MATRIX WALKING STICK
DOT-MATRIX WALKING STICK

The existing blind cane is not good at helping the blind avoid obstacles and can not detect the terrain in front of the barrier well, which will cause the potential threat. So we used dot matrix technology and image processing technology to design this cane for the blind. The crutch, processed by the sensor camera and the image processing, detects the critical terrain and people in a certain area ahead, determines the safe route and converts the forward or turn route information into Braille to guide the user. In addition, a warning light is added to the crutch, and the light sensor controls the switch. It can be opened automatically in dark
