Since rough terrain of some areas, rainfall may flow into the sea rapidly . which makes difficulty of managing and using water resources , especially shortage of people’s living water during dry spell , let alone irrigating the lawn in the park takes 20 cubic meters per hectare everyday. we could decrease the cost of maintaining lawn by collecting water vapor and using them for irrigating. Though this device we could not only catching water vapor but also shades people who arrive the here.
