The idea of the Solen Bench points to global mass production capable of reducing costs, minimizing environmental pollution, and achieving sustainable maintenance. Existing dye production emits harmful gases during aluminum welding. Even after completion, dyes must be sprayed with a chemical varnish for maintenance. As a solution to this problem, Solen came up with and realized the idea of creating frames by applying galvanized pipes commonly used around the world and then bending and welding them with pipe benders. The repetitive and expanding fan shape is a formative structure that is compatible with mass production.
