The new look of the real estate company Alpenland includes the introduction of unique typographical accents which draw the viewer straight into the company’s brand environment and core business identity. The bold font embodies a cityscape with all its buildings. By contrast, the fine serif font serves as a stand-in for everything that lends a city its dynamism and fills it with life. The symbiotic interplay between fonts grabs the viewer’s attention, as he or she is left with no choice but to attempt to decode through intuition the sequence of letters, thereby ensuring that one’s first interaction with the brand will be a memorable one.
