It is solving the problems caused by foehn and urban heat island effect. Combining wind power with ultra-low voltage thermoelectric chips and cooling chips. Ceramic Nano blades rotate and start while absorbing thermal energy into the product, through ultra-low voltage thermoelectric chips to generate cold and electrical energy. The electric energy is supplied to the cooling chip to generate cold and heat energy, and the heat energy is supplied back to the operation of the ultra-low voltage thermoelectric chips. The resulting cold energy is released in the air, which reduces the temperature.
