The value-creating concept of gleam appreciates the patient and transforms the way of eating in healthcare institutions from purely functional to aesthetically valuable.
The problem: The whole purpose of healthcare institutions - especially hospitals - is to help people recover and enhance their well-being. As research shows, food plays a major role in the recovery process. Ironically, hospital trays are not very appetizing.
