Complications during pregnancy and unsafe abortion are a leading cause of death and injury amongst girls worldwide. In response, the project sought to increase awareness, access, and supportive use of sexual and reproductive health services for girls ages 10-19 in Kenya and Nigeria. With 536 youth and healthcare providers, we produced a service design model of health information assets designed for low-literacy users, branding assets, and facilitation and referral tools for peer educators and healthcare providers for girl-friendly health services. Assets were designed in three languages for scaled implementation to reach 25,000 girls.
