The COVID-19 pandemic poses serious risk to the health of the 2000 children we support in the slums of Dandora and Korogocho, in Kenya. Twins International is developing a project of clinical service, to guarantee more closely this new needs. The project, started in march 2020, aims to: 1. Ensure weekly professional medical examinations in the slums, to monitor children with chronic diseases and to prevent serious diseases; 2. Create a medical dispensary to distribute common medicines to families; 3. Distribute additional food to 100 families in critical situation; 4. Support the emergency fund for children suffering from chronic illnesses.
