Last years have seen a rapid growth of ageing population and with this the related pathologies. For this the aim of the project is to promote active ageing, developing a innovative technique that allows people to perform the exercises in a fun way both independently and in groups. First of all, a system is developed for people with Sarcopenia disease and uses a humanoid robot as a caregiver, with the task of showing the exercises to be performed, through a verbal explanation and a practical demonstration of the movements, and constantly verify the correct performance. An application of exercises to be performed at home has been developed.
