Circular biodiversity / From farm to table in the Andes of Peru

Ally Mishky, in the quechua language “sweet taste”, is a fair food social enterprise that encompasses a community project in Huari-Ancash, where circular economy is applied to the main spheres of the food chain.
We support farmers to grow their crops using agroecological practices. We then add value to the raw materials by transforming them inside our processing plant using up all the different parts. Lastly we sell our products promoting healthy and environment-friendly food consumption.
Eventually we empower the place and its people thanks to a sustainable rural entrepreneurship model that provides fair benefits to the whole value chain.
