Conventional museum display cases for artifacts and relics are static and make it difficult to see the details of the artworks. This digital viewing system offers users a much more hands-on experience. When the user rotates a replica of an object, a 3D model of the actual cultural relic displays on an 8K monitor in synchronized movement. The system also allows the user to view the reverse side of an artifact through intuitive operations. The video image is controlled by the replica of artwork, allowing visitors to feel its real weight and texture. The idea behind the technology is to give visitors a new experience that deepens their understanding and interest in art and culture.
