The fashion industry generates billions of dollars in waste each year because of its own characteristics. Starting with each piece of clothing and excess inventory, we try to find a reasonable explanation between sustainability and fashion, and outline the closed-loop structure of the fashion industry. We conducted an exploration of the production of TPU bonding fabrics from recycled apparel fabrics. This new material not only integrates fashion waste into the new fashion industry chain, but also achieves a certain degree of sustainability; it also retains the cultural attributes of each piece of clothing in the form of incoming products.
