In 21th century with the development of Internet, learners in Africa still lack equipments of acquiring knowledge. Mobile phones in developed areas are fast-moving consumer goods. One of reasons is current Android systems are not suitable for learning programming and development courses. We had a 2nd hand cell-phone donation plan for African kids to help them learn programming.
