Centering on gender discrimination in occupations, I try to design a whole process of hidden gender information recruitment system to improve the equality in the employment. In the first interview the application can take the form of online telephone and video phone, and it can also implement that people do not attend the interview through holographic projection technology, which plays a role in visual anonymous interviews process to make gender equality.
