3D-printing customized buffering packaging

3D-printing customized buffering packaging is a kind of eco-friendly buffering packaging mainly for wine and other fragile products. It is based on the Kagome honeycomb structure, a new kind of mechanical structure, which has excellent mechanical properties and low density. So it can resist large impact and be not easily damaged.
Made of PLA and TPU, it is a completely eco-friendly packaging causing NO pollution. The mixed color 3D printing technology is used to achieve the transition between the two materials. Benefited from the 3D printing technology, the packaging can adjust its shape according to customers’ demands.
