The Job Competition / Poster

The Job Competition

Gender inequality in work is the subject of the poster. High heels, dresses and children represent various obstacles to women's careers. High heels and dresses are the symbols of disadvantages of female physical condition. The children indicate that female careers may be influenced by pregnancy. The number of men in the audience has much more than the quantity of women. The significant difference shows that mainly career rules are made by men who will exert a vital influence on female career. Therefore, the prejudice hold by male would serve to impede the female pursuit of career.
