The S1 Smart Drill is a user-friendly, small-size navigation system for spine surgeries. The integrated display at the rear of the drill provides the surgeons with real-time visual guidance for finding the right position, angle and depth of an implant.
The S1 offers the advantages of complex, conventional navigation systems - higher precision and lower complication rates - but at a significantly lower price. Now, also low-tech hospitals can afford to offer the medical benefits of using surgical navigation. For their patients this means ten times lower complication rates and an overall improved treatment quality.
