Elderly can slow down aging through a simple dough kneading game. This design simplifies the process of kneading dough and preparing ingredients and integrates it into the design of the table. The cooking process resembles playing a game. The group game can be used to knead, rod, plan, cut, season, and stir the ingredients through both hands, so that the elderly can activate brain through two-handed movements, increase memory and cognitive ability, and promote self-fulfillment, social interaction, entertainment and prevent and delay aging at the same time.
