Artemis 389 is an effortless and pain-free alternative to transfer patients onto various surfaces inside the hospital. The aim of the design was to reduce occurrences of medical hazards or Accidents during transfers which have long lasting effects on the patients and can even cause immediate death due to Health workers negligence. Artemis 389 is a combination of two vital activities carried out by the health caretakers during Patient transfers which is 1) bed to bed and 2) location to location transfer. The product is an amalgamation of ergonomics, user experience, technology and interactivity.
