DONOR SPACE / Healthcare Service Design

DONOR SPACE is a service framework centred around supporting volunteer donors involved in Blood Stem-cell donation process. It addresses current challenges for stakeholders involved and focuses on creating a cohesive, end-to-end experience. It revolves around creating awareness, engaging and acknowledging them throughout the process. Service is represented through three key touch points. Firstly, FLOCK creates community engagement around the topic. Later, once a donor is a potential match to a patient, they receive PACK which guide them and access to DECK; collaborative platform assists them in navigating the process, eliminating ambiguity.
