Chop-Chopper / Bicycle

The Chop-Chopper is a free mobile hairdressing service for the homeless. It is designed to give them back their dignity, but also to develop a sense of community and to develop unique relationships with these individuals. Homeless people often suffer from a feeling of invisibility due to how others look at them. The hairdressing service would allow them to feel that there are people who care about them, reduce this omnipresent feeling of invisibility and encourage social inclusion. Indeed, a simple haircut can restore self-confidence, and give back a dose of courage.
