Due to climate change, the frequency of extreme weather events such as flood and heavy rains have increased, leading to serious inundations in Southeast Asian countries. The flood will pollute clean waters and cause water-borne diseases, which will make the situation more difficult for those who have already suffered floods. This design uses natural materials as a water purifier filter, which can supply clean water on weekdays so that poorer residents can save water expenses. When disasters occur, the victims who cannot evacuate to places without water pollution, so that they can prevent water-borne diseases.
